• Trained Team: We have 120 certified fire fighting members within our production units who are trained by Fire service & Civil Defence.
• Fire Emergency Plan: We have fire emergency/evacuation plan posted in different areas within our production units.
• First Aid Team: We have trained 25 members who are trained by certified doctors. Also provided medical centre with full time M.B.B.S doctor & nurse to serve our employees all day including emergency situation.
• Rest infirmery

  Dinning with Canteen: We have dining facility where 300 employees can dine together. Also provided a canteen for the employees.
• Toilet: We have adequate numbers of toilets separated for men & women.
• Working Hour: CHP is strictly maintaining the working hour as per rules.
• Leaves: CHP always follow the local law & rules for leaves.CHP also make sure the maternity leave is ensured for the female employees.
• Skill Training: CHP believes that skill training is the key performance indicator for a producer organization. That is why CHP has various skill Training programs for workers, officials and management.
• Child care: We have separate child care centre with fulltime babysitter. And mothers are encouraged to bring their children under 6 years old while they are working.

• Low Energy: CHP has its own solar panel with 4.5 KV capacities to reduce electrical energy uses. Also built the roofs with transparent sheet that supports the production floor with sun light.
• Rain water reservoir: CHP has its own rain water reservoir that reduces the water uses from underground.
• Recycling: CHP uses garment wastages as its main material and turn them into recyclable product.
• Waste Control: CHP strictly follow its own waste control policy. Also have own waste control team to monitor it.
• Staff Awareness: CHP continuously conduct staff awareness programs for environment among its employees.

  Quality Control: CHP is seriously aware of the quality control process. And that is why CHP has its own strong QMS and team to control it.CHP has metal dictator and light shade box within its production centre.
• Sections: CHP has 3 organized and well equipped sections. The sections are 1. Weaving 2.Hand Stitching & braiding 3.Machine Stitching.
